The Minnesota Department of Agriculture currently has a position opening for a Water Qulaity Advisor in the Rochester office. This position is responsible for the planning, assessment, response strategy development, implementation and educational aspects associated with nitrogen and pesticide BMP's in Southeastern MN. This position is critical in the delivery of technical assistance and educational needs to growers and ag professionals (dealers and/or consultants) for successfully changing selected agricultural practices to improve Minnesota's water resources.
