Minutes of meetings held at 2007 Annual Meeting, February 3 - 7, 2007, in Los Angeles and of last year's meetings.

The more than 8,000 conservation district employees constitute a significant human resource component of the national conservation movement. They represent an essential part of the conservation program delivery system.

District employees have member representatives on a wide variety of NACD and NRCS committees and task forces. NCDEA member participants on these committees are selected by the National Board that is elected by the NCDEA State and Regional officers.
